We deliver to most areas in South Africa within 3–5 business days. However, some locations deemed highly dangerous by our courier may incur a surcharge fee, while others may be out of bounds for delivery.

Courier Partner & Tracking

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS to follow your delivery.

Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds

At Mega Home, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Check Eligibility – Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not fall under our exclusions (see below).
  2. Request a Return – Contact our support team to schedule a pickup time for our courier to collect your order.
  3. Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item and send it back via our courier partner.
  4. Refund Processing – Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products showing visible usage.
  • Cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No! We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Simply contact our support team to shedule a pickup time for our courier to collect your order

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. We’re also working on introducing express delivery soon!

Are there any areas where you don’t deliver?

We deliver to most areas in South Africa. However, certain high-risk areas may have a surcharge fee, and some locations may be out of bounds for delivery.

When will I receive my refund?
